Story of the Green Car

Nicorette was just getting into NASCAR and were going to have only one full paint scheme all season, so Agency 225 pitched them on producing a documentary for TV that would weave their sponsorship into an organic element of the story. This is Agency 225’s forte, creating stories that incorporate the product or service seamlessly into a program.

‘Story of the Green Car’ was the result, with the unique twist of making the theme of the story about what old-timers in the racing world deemed to be unlucky - the color green.  Speed bought into the idea and agreed to air it as part of the ‘Behind the Wheel’ TV series. 

Originally scheduled to air two times, it ended up airing six times, providing the $240,000 budgeted production into a media hit, valued at $1M.
